Poles

It is of highly importance to move away from the black and white mentality to reduce and to experience the movement factors as just two static opposing poles.

Poles are the extreme sides with contrasting characteristics of the same shared factor.
Something Extreme is described as somewhat that is located at the outermost limit, seen as borderline, different from the regular, normal.

The physical experience of extreme muscular force, extreme control, urgency or total abandon of muscle control and security, occurs just under extreme circumstances.

In daily life, the Human being tries to avoid in general extreme situations. Going through extrem moments either emotional, mentally or physically requires, something extra, needs more energy and the existing personal resources of concentration, focus, attention, patience, muscular force, endurance ect. have it’s limits.

We live and arrange in general much more our life within, inbetween the two extreme poles, therefore living and experiencing all possibilities, all colours and shadows within the space of this two extrems.

Even if in the beginning of the physical practise of Eukinetics it is maybe recommended and maybe necessary to start with the opposing poles. Because for the beginning it seems more understandable.

The goal of the study of Eukinetics is not to stay there and diminish the human expressive movement in to two extremes but to encounter through practise and experience the endless and profound world of human bodily expression.
